How to Apply
Applicants can submit their visa applications at the IVLAC as mentioned below.

(i) Basic Requirements :
To ensure your application is processed without any delay, please include the
following:
a) For Visas

Complete & Signed visa application Form
-
Original Passport & clear copy of your current passport

Supporting documentation as per the relevant checklist

Visa Application Fee & VFS service charges as applicable
b) For Legalizations
-
All the original documents to be legalized & the relevant translations
should be attested by the Moroccan Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Please find
below the addresses of Legalization offices in Morocco.

A service charge will be levied per application in addition to the applicable
visa fees. Please go through the Fee list given in this website for more
information on visa fees & service charges.
(ii) Procedures
(a) For Schengen Visas (less than 90 days)
Study Visas (both Lesser & More than 90
days)
Once received by the IVLAC, applications will be sent to the Consulate General
of Italy in Casablanca or the Embassy of Italy in Rabat, the next working day &
the applicant will be given an appointment for a personal Interview with the Consulate
General or the Embassy of Italy.
Once the assessment is done, the decision
together with the passport & the other relevant documents will be available
for collection from the IVLAC.
(b) For National Visas (More than 90 days)
Once received by the IVLAC, applications will be sent to the Consulate General
of Italy in Casablanca or the Embassy of Italy in Rabat, the next working day & the applicant will be given
an appointment to visit the Consulate General or the Embassy of Italy in order to collect the
decision together with the passport & the other relevant documents.
(C) For Legalization
Once received by the IVLAC, documents will be sent to the Consulate General of
Italy in Casablanca or the Embassy of Italy in Rabat, the next working day. After the Legalization process is
completed by the CGI, the relevant documents will be available for collection
from the IVLAC.
Applicants (except National Visas) can also opt for their passport return by a
return courier service at an additional cost of MAD 35 per application within
Casablanca / Rabat & MAD 45 per application outside Casablanca / Rabat
within Morocco.
